Within 7 days
If a trip pass or annual plan is not what you wanted, write to hi@kitnahua.in within 7 days of paying, with the phone number on the account. We refund the full amount, no questions asked.
Charged twice or by mistake
A duplicate charge, or a payment that went through when the plan was not applied, is refunded in full whenever you tell us.
After 7 days
A trip pass stays on its trip for good, and an annual plan runs for its 12 months, so neither is refunded after 7 days. An annual plan does not renew on its own, so there is nothing to cancel.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, through Cashfree Payments. They usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
